Frustrating experience with Negros Power

Payment for our shop for the month of April was delayed two weeks ago. They immediately disconnected the meter, but we were able to settle the payment and restore the connection on the same day. However, a week later, we received another notice of disconnection for the month of May, and they disconnected the line again even though we had not yet received the bill for May.

What makes this even more unfair is that the contracted operator mentioned that anyone with a bill exceeding 4 digits has no exemption. This is especially difficult for small businesses considering the current crisis. Sadly, customer service has not taken any action or provided any clear assistance regarding the issue. Is it really acceptable for them to disconnect the service despite the notice from BBM to the energy providers in regards with their consumer in this freaking crisis? Are they even allowed to disconnect lines twice within a span of two weeks? Any thoughts guys?
