My last post was a 250 hour review after roughly 2 weeks of owning it. I put in about another 100 hours on the Alex Geek Workshop power klaw, and then have not had many urgent projects to do, but i've now hit 400 hours and...
Problems...
So, I'm got a rattle, not terrible, but nothing seems loose, but theres definitely something not right
I lost bed levelling for about a week - if I needed to level it, it had to be done via calibration menu on the printer
It keeps losing wifi
The slicer seems to add about 6 to 60 additional layers to my slices
My bed has developed a bump, though looing at where the failures have been, its more like a donut shapped ring of a slightly raised area covering about half the bed - its rarely catastropic, but most prints are lifting slightly
My pei bed is not sticking about 1 in 3 prints, regardless of cleaning
My biqu clone for the s1, is working nicely, other than the ring issue
I'm having increasingly common layer shifts, on both axis
Circular prints are not coming out smooth
Long bridging, that seemed fine initially, is now sagging / wispy
One serious clog, but its with a filament that the a1 mini clogs with.
