Hello! May naideal po kaming bahay na currently on process pa lang yung paglipat ng title from 1st owner to PAGIBIG (nakapangalan pa ito sa 1st owner then transfer title sa Pagibig muna since naforeclosed daw then transfer sa 2nd owner (which yung nabilihan ko) thru RD. Pag lumabas na title under 2nd owner name tsaka pa lang namin pwede maiapply sa PAGIBIG ulit. Meron po ba rito na same case? Gaano katagal po ba itong mga proseso na ito? Nung February naisurrender na raw yung old title sa pagibig and until now processing pa rin na mailipat from old owner to PAGIBIG. Thank you
