Has anyone dealt with TikTok Shop holding payouts like this?
They flagged my shop for:
“suspicious or unusual activity between your shop and others” and put multiple restrictions on my account: fund withdrawal suspension (until June 10), reduced shop visibility, daily order creation limits, campaign access suspended, etc.
I submitted everything they asked for:
driver’s license, proof of address, EIN/IRS CP575B, LLC registration, supplier invoices, inventory photos, warehouse proof, packaging photos, and verification video.
The frustrating part is my documents were clear when I uploaded them. Their system seems to make the images blurry after submission. My first appeal was rejected saying “Poor Quality – images are blurry.”
For the second appeal, I even worked directly with a TikTok support agent to make sure I provided exactly what they needed and that everything was correct. I submitted the same documents again with better explanation and still got the same rejection reason.
Now it says failed appeal (cannot appeal again).
What’s even worse is some delivered customer orders show in Orders, but they do NOT appear in Finance under Payouts, On Hold, Reserve, or Statements at all. Other orders do show under On Hold.
Customers received their products, they are HAPPY, no refunds, no chargebacks, some orders payments even settled and we are still shipping orders, but TikTok is holding payouts and settled orders funds seem to be missing completely from finance records.
Support says the withdrawal suspension ends June 10, but they are not clearly explaining where these missing payouts are.
Has anyone gone through this?
Did your funds actually get released after the suspension date, or did TikTok keep part of the balance?
