TikTok ads manager account suspended with prepaid funds in it, my business is suffering

Anyone have experience with getting suspended accounts back up and running ?

I was running ads for 2 years everything was fine then 2 months ago I cranked up ad campaigns myself manually I went from 2 to 6 ad campaigns and the account got suspended they said for the following reasons

“Our review indicates that your advertising account may violate TikTok’s Advertiser Account Policies. Prohibited behaviors include bypassing ad processes or disrupting operations; using deceptive or misleading content; mass posting or network exploitation; tampering with ad components; misusing public-figure likenesses; employing unapproved payment methods; and failing to comply with data-collection standards.

We have used automated measures in making this decision.”

I have always ran same videos no issues (housing sector)

Then I reran ads on an old Tik Tok ads manager account I had and they worked but then I stopped for a bit due to lack of funds. This morning I set 1 campaign with 6 creatives to run at 8am and within minutes that ad account got suspended as well and got same message. I have money prepaid on the first account that got suspended without being able to get it out its so frustrating

How are you currently scaling winning Meta products onto TikTok Ads in 2026?

Right now I have a product scaling very aggressively on Meta Ads, and I want to launch it on TikTok Ads as well so I can increase spend, revenue, and overall profit.

My plan right now is:
• Broad targeting
• US, CA, AU & UK
• Website conversion campaigns optimized for purchases
• Re-using winning Meta creatives, but re-editing them specifically for TikTok style

I’m based in Belgium/EU, so I’m also wondering if there are any disadvantages to running ads mainly towards English-speaking countries from a European ad account. Would you recommend keeping the account in USD or EUR?

I’m also trying to figure out the best structure for TikTok Ads right now. On Meta, I usually separate testing campaigns from scaling campaigns once creatives prove themselves. Are people still doing this on TikTok, or is it better to keep everything inside one structure?

Another thing I’m struggling with is knowing how long to let creatives spend before killing them on TikTok. The platform feels much more volatile than Meta, so I’d love to hear how experienced advertisers judge performance there.

Are broad campaigns still the best approach on TikTok in 2026, or are interests becoming more important again?

Would really appreciate hearing how profitable TikTok advertisers are currently structuring their testing and scaling systems.

CPI/CPM/CPA blew up after pruning losers. Did I trigger relearning?

Hey guys, still fairly new to TikTok ads and trying to understand what happened here.

I’m running iOS app campaigns optimized for an in-app purchase event. Target CPA is around $25.

I had a few ads/ad groups finally showing positive signal. Some days looked genuinely promising: purchases coming in around target CPA, some creatives looking breakeven/profitable, and CPI in the $2-$3 range.

Then I did what everyone says to do: I cut the ads that had spent around $50+ without producing purchases and kept the ads that had actually produced results.

After that, performance completely fell apart.

No major budget increase. But since pruning:

  • CPI jumped from roughly $2-$3 to $9-$11+, sometimes much higher
  • CPM/CPC got worse
  • Purchases basically stopped
  • Spend concentrated into the previous “winner”
  • The exact same ads that had been producing purchases suddenly stopped converting

In one scaling ad group, after pruning, I only had one ad left and it basically stopped spending. I then added a batch of new creatives because I thought maybe the issue was too much concentration, but TikTok barely spent on the new ads and kept pushing spend into the old winner.

So now I’m confused. Did I prune too aggressively and trigger relearning / destabilize the ad group? Is this just normal AEO volatility with too few purchase events? Or is TikTok’s “winner” not actually repeatable even if it had profitable days?

I’m not asking whether creative fatigue is possible in general. This happened at low spend, over a very short window, on the same creatives that had just worked.

For people who’ve scaled app campaigns on TikTok: how do you handle pruning and scaling when purchase volume is still low? Do you let the ad group recover for 24-48h, or do you rebuild into clean test/scaling lanes?

EDIT: Important clarification: we use Singular as our MMP, so I’m not judging this only from delayed TikTok/SKAN reporting. Installs, purchases, and revenue show up almost real time in TikTok.

Question about incorrect price listings via TikTok geolocation page

Hello! I work for a nonprofit cultural institution in New York City. We get a lot of people making short organic tiktoks geotagging our institution, and also consistently push out tiktoks geotagging our location from our brand account.

I noticed that TikTok's geotag will sometimes list a price ("10% off • From $11.67") underneath the geotag on mobile. This is incorrect, it's not the right price of admission, admission is more than that.

When you tap in to the geotag, there's no link to actually buying tickets directly on the institutional website. Below basic info and pics of the place, there's just an "Activities" section listed on the page, which looks to be advertising, and $11.67 price seems to refer to a third party's price for a mostly unrelated experience which is listed — in this case, a company called Viator's tour of NYC, which includes a "Pass By" of my institution.

I can see how this might be confusing to a potential visitor. Has anyone had a similar issue? anyone from TikTok lurking here who might be able to help? We haven't had a rep at TT for some years after someone left.

Is a 30-day TikTok/Reels push actually worth it for a solo indie founder with zero social media experience?

Built a small B2C consumer app in the dating/safety niche. Not an AI tool, solves a specific real-world problem. Got some organic SEO traction but wrong audience. One paying customer so far.

Everyone tells me TikTok/Reels is the move. My niche (dating safety) apparently performs well there, I don't need to be on camera, screen recordings and slideshows are enough.

But I have zero social media presence. No account, never posted, don't really use it.

For those who've actually done this - did a committed 30-day push move the needle on real signups/revenue? Or is it mostly vanity metrics until you already have an audience?

Not looking for "just be consistent bro." Looking for honest experience from people who've tried it cold with no following. Thanks!!!

Ok, I linked my tiktok ads account through the shopify integration. All the events are firing well. I need to add a Lead or Complete Registration event. I've tried using the Custom Event Pixel in Shopify, with no luck. Any ideas?

TikTok business centre keep rejecting our client jurisdiction mismatch and we can't figure out the problem

Our client operates in a few markets across America and Europe, and we're hitting a wall with the Business Center verification.

The accounts keep getting flagged for jurisdiction mismatch. Business address is in one country, the phone number registered somewhere else, the IP is coming from our office. TikTok's verification treats all three as a single signal and rejects on the mismatch. We've tried submitting with local business docs and contacting them directly, and we are still getting rejected. We are kind of on our last leg as the client needs the accounts soon.

It sucks so much that TikTok doesn't tell me which signal is the problem. We've gone back and forth with three different support guys and all of them give us a different answer, I gotta mention we've done this for other clients without issues before.

We need accounts that clear verification cleanly from the correct jurisdiction , no VPN or proxies used. A few accounts across maybe 3 countries to start, so any kind of advice is welcome.

Not sure if this is the right subreddit for this, but I have been seeing these ads all over TikTok. They're from different accounts and all have similar scripts. It's either someone saying "If you're between the ages of 13 and 38 and [secondary condition, like lying down or being born on odd days], swipe left, click on the first option, and go to website. What you find there might surprise you" or something like "My best friend and I are going to milk cows. Swipe left, click on the first option, and go to website to see more," the latter of which tends to be AI generated.

If you swipe left, you get taken to a website called "World info center.org," and are then redirected to a .com website called Bozuctus, where you are presented with options. If you do click on the first option, you get a preview of a website that doesn't exist with an option to "Go to website."

What is the point of these ads? Has anyone else seen these?

My Business Center Just Disappeared HELP

My existing Business Center, which I've had for a year now, is just gone. It doesn't exist anymore. Whenever I try to sign in, the default ad account is there. But none of the other accounts and it's prompting me to make a new BC account.

I made a new account, and when trying to add a partner and entering the BC ID for the account I want to use, it shows up. It hasn't been deleted, but I can't access it.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a fix? All my assets are on this BC. Pixels etc. This feels very random. No email, no nothing. Hoping it's a glitch.
