Bot Traffic From TikTok ($0.39 CPM & $0.05 CPC)
Does anyone actually get good results from TikTok ads in 2026? I’ve asked friends of mine in different industries and they had similar issues and don’t even bother with the platform. We used to run them for my other business 3 years ago and was spending 2-5k a day and having amazing results. We came back here to try and scale a newer business and have had awful results and a bad experience with support. We just receive bots that sit on our website for a few seconds. We will get thousands of these visitors and not a single ATC or click on the website. Our landing page and creatives are fine and work well on other advertising platforms.
I’ll attach a screenshot as well, this is just one campaign we’ve had others do the same thing and can’t find a fix. 0.05 CPC and a 0.39 CPM is insane and clearly not real traffic, the creatives are good but not that good.
I’ve disabled Advantage + and any AI creative options, although it sometimes will force the AI options back on for my ads. I use mostly broad campaigns, targeting only Female, US and 18-34, I put no interests or anything else. I have it only set to TikTok and no other networks, even though it feels like I’m on all the bad networks.
I tried contacting support about the issue, and actually had my account coincidentally suspended the day after saying something lol. I’m considering opening a new account, but they did suspend me and won’t refund my remaining balance which is absurd. If anyone has found a fix for the low quality / bot traffic I’d be grateful to hear it, and will consider creating a new account to run ads. Thank you!
