Is my Audi cooked?

Alrighty so I have a 2011 Audi A4 Avant Wagon B.8 and I love this thing. It's got around 120k miles and for the most part, it runs great. However, there is this issue that causes the car to randomly not start on a hot start. Once I give the car some gas, it usually revs right up and then is perfect. Today, however, I started the car warm and failed the first time because I didn't give it enough gas. When I tried the second time, it started and then sounded super odd. It almost sounded like it had a cam (yk, Brr, Brr, Brr, etc.). Sometimes that's normal for my car, but it was extra bad this time. The whole car would shake and the lights would pulse with the rhythm of the engine. I also noticed it was idling around 800 rpms instead of its normal 900. I started recording because I noticed how bad it was, when BAM. A flashing check engine light. I recorded for a couple more seconds and then shut off the car and let it sit for a minute or so. I again tried starting the car and it started first try, but was running at like 500 rpms and slowly crept up to its normal idling range (~900 rpms) and the CEL also went away. I let it idle for quiet some time and all seemed fine. Did I accidentally flood the engine or something? What caused this? Are all of these events caused by one thing?

P.S. The video is the first part where my car sounded and felt weird. Reddit only allows 1 video submission at a time, so I can't add the other one of my car starting normally.
