Contextualizing AAMC CARS Diagnostic tool percentage

Note: referring to the AAMC CARS diagnostic tool, not the unscored (or scored) diagnostic FL.

I’m curious how people interpreted their percentages on the diagnostic tool and how it compared to FL. I know there probably isn’t a one-to-one correspondence but any anecdotes or opinions would be appreciated.

For reference, I just finished and had ~89%. Should I take this to mean that I should spend some time on CARS if my goal is 130+ or that I would be better served emphasizing the other sections.
