This will be short as I have wasted too much time with this company already.
They have asked me for all of the documents with all of my information without giving me a job offer.
I have included all necessary documents the only problem there is a proof of resignation from EastWest BPO which is another company that sucks a**. I was hired for a seasonal account and was removed April 18 due to client requests to remove all Work from home set up for integrity purposes.
Then here is TCS asking for a proof of resignation BUT EastWest doesn't respond to any of our email and there's no updates coming from HR if we can do our clearance to get our COE and back pay.
Since April 18 TCS have been wasting my time with this when they have already agreed to note that my previous job was a seasonal account and I cannot do anything to show proof that I have been removed. I have also given them Eastwest HR's contact information so they can verify it themselves but no.
I badly need a job because I have a baby to feed and I told them I can start on the start date THAT THEY OFFERED which is May 7 but still ... No response.
So if you need a job like right away don't fucking apply to this fuckers, as for EastWest BPO AVOID THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE their HR doesn't follow any labor code's and you would have to send them a screen shot of a labor code violation before they treat you right, give you an example, the holy week holidays that we worked for were not paid AND even if we have sent them labor codes and notified them that they need to pay those days, they still didn't, VTO are always available IF IT IS a double pay day BUT VTO IS NOT AVAILABLE EVEN IF YOU ARE DYING if it is a regular working day.
So duck both of these companies.
