Hi,

In November I did a short course of accutane (2 months) on 20 - 40mg. My eyes got really gritty and dry by month 2 and eye drops, warm compresses and omega 3 weren’t helping. I made the hard decision to stop because I didn’t want to risk permanent eye dryness and cause any damage as a lot of posts online warned me. I’ve been off Accutane for 4 months, and my skin has actually stayed very clear. I know my acne is likely to return as I only did a short course and I am dreading when that happens (if it does). I know I might want to restart Accutane, but I’m scared again of any dryness being permanent and not sure if it’s worth risking it. I see so many people on TikTok who struggle with acne like me go on Accutane and all their experiences seem to have gone very well and it makes me really upset that I had bad side effects. I get jealous seeing it and wish it was me and it makes me wish I would’ve continued but I also wanted to listen to my body and what others were telling me.

My eyes have mostly gone back to normal but still feel dryer than they were before. I’m using adapalene right now to maintain my clear skin but if my skin gets bad again I might have to risk it and try accutane again. I really don’t know what to do, sometimes I wish I would’ve just pushed through my first course.

Hi, I’m looking to get my hair cut and dyed and really like this artist’s style. Does anyone know any salons in Bristol who have a similar style to this? I really like the layered/japanese look
