2016 Prius

There’s also a small part in the front that keeps falling (will show image below), it hasn’t been too much of an issue until recently when it got to the point of another driver pointing out that it was sparking a bit last night and it kinda scared me. I usually try to put it back in or at least enough to hold up while I’m driving. It’s holding on by one screw I can’t seem to get off which is really annoying. And then I went to investigate and saw that this was also kinda falling and missing a screw? Has anyone had any issues with this? Any advice? What do I even tell the car mechanics?? 😭 I remember I went into a parking lot that was unexpectedly off road (gravel) about a week ago so maybe that’s what caused it?
