My EWS certificate was issued with this rectangular tehsildar stamp and not the traditional circular one which holds the emblem in the circle. Is this correct or not? When I asked the lawyer about this he told me that circular ones are issued by SDM. Note that the lekhpal and other verifying authorities have verified it and their stamp was put on the my certificate.
Also, my EWS certificate number is a 10 to 12 digit long number and not that usual numbers with slash after every 4 to 5 digits. Is that also an issue? Can someone clarify this and provide me with correct information that does this rectangular stamp of tehsildar for EWS certificate holds or not?
