Panic attack?
May 8th I went out to dinner with co workers. A Co worker gave me a gummy. I took a nibble. Didn't realize it was THE HIGHEST DOSE THEY HAD. I freaked the fuck out wondering what was wrong with me it hit SO sudden
. I had chest pains, a metal taste in my mouth and I was shaking uncontrollably. My throat felt closed and my chest was aching. The said co worker who gave me the gummy gave me meds she takes for panic attacks. I felt better after an hour / hour an half. Since then.. (today is May 16th.) Today still if my heart races I get the same pains. I feel the sweats and start to shake. Is this normal for such a thing after a bit of time? I used to do the gummies but haven't in YEARS. My mom had a heart attack and while the paramedics were taking care of her my Daddy had one too. I've had heart palpitations, had to wear a heart monitor twice. All whack with no explanation. No medical diagnosis...as I'd just moved states. Is it normal to have my chest hurt to touch and these pains? Plz help.with heart problems in my family I dont know what to do. :)
