I watched YouTube videos and took some clases but they are all “basic”. I want to use Revit as it should be as a civil engineer (going for a BIM/drawer specialization). Please, recommend some courses or videos

I got rejected for Civil Engineering masters in Bologna. The page only says that I don’t meet the requirements but I don’t know why. Should I send an email asking why?
Also, I’m from Latin America, perhaps the difference in grades? Since my uni doesn’t use credits in subjects
And could you recommend other universities to apply? Better if they don’t ask for application fee
