just canceled an order, then it says sa shopee mismo na it’s been successfully refunded to my bank. upon checking, not yet credited. however, sa previous canceled orders ko naman, instantly credited ang refund.

May 2nd ‘yon, then now biglang na-credit sa akin ‘yung supposed “cashback”.

what to do po on this case?
