I will not promote anything its just me thinking about building this, is it a real problem or am i making it one
disclaimer: i'm a teenager with no startup experience, just an idea i can't stop thinking about
so basically I am thinkingto building something, want honest opinions before i waste my time
my buddy father runs a restaurant. few months ago someone left a 1 star review saying the staff was rude and the wait was too long. theu didn't see it for like 12 days. by the time they responded nobody cared anymore.
that kinda stuck with me. so i've been thinking about a tool that just... watches your listings (google, yelp, tripadvisor etc) and the second something bad comes in, it texts or emails you. then it writes a draft reply based on what the person actually complained about, not some copy paste sorry for your experience bs. you edit it if you want, hit post, done.
maybe also an option to send the reviewer a discount or free item automatically for 1-2 star reviews idk.
anyway before i do anything i wanna know
- does this actually bother you or do you just ignore bad reviews?
- what do you do when one comes in rn?
- would you even trust an ai written reply enough to post it?
- what would make you pay for something like this?
not selling anything, no waitlist, literally just an idea at this point. want to know if its worth building or not
