So me 3rd yr, core dept. me hu and mera ek jane anjane me frnd circle ban gya 2nd yr me, ham 7-8 log hai but 3-4 log hi mere close hai, usme bhi sirf ek dost esa hai jiske saath me class , mess,khoka, sab jagha ham saath rehte hai even sote bhi kabhi kabhi saath hai par vo phir bhi mujhe itna prioritise nhi krta in terms of frnds. Mujhe kbhi kbhi lgta hai iss grp me bas hu iska part nhi hu, even sabke sub grp hai but mere sub grp me bhi mujhe koi prioritise nhi krta, I feel like bas me hi sbke liye effort marta hu koi mere liye kbhi nhi krta. Agar koi gussa ho jata hai mujhse me sry bolkar use pamper Krne jata hu but jab me gussa hota hu kbhi koi mujhe pamper krne nhi aata hai(like abhi bhi me gussa hu but koi nhi aaya). Me ab aur nhi sehn kar paa rha hu. Mujhe unn logo so jealous feel hota hai jinke kam hi sahi but real frnds hai. I also want to feel that close friendship.

Mujhe kbhi kbhi lgta hai naye frnds bnana chahiye me hamesha inhi logo ke saath ghumta hu, toh kese bnau. Me kisi club me nhi hu and alcher and techniche me 2nd yr tak tha. So pls people guide me especially seniors. And also seniors tell me about ur friendship.

Feeling less on heart

Placement drives need complete transparency regarding eligibility criteria upfront. When companies apply undisclosed CPI/CGPA cutoffs during the resume shortlisting stage rather than listing them in the initial job description, candidates unknowingly waste their application slots. Clear criteria from the start respect candidates' effort and allow everyone to target opportunities where they genuinely qualify.

If yes please try to write the reasons you think are responsible for this, also try to describe in short the feeling and activities or events that trigger it.

The purpose of this is purely academic, feel free to share with your friends so that more responses are available.

There are people on campus who feel the same as you and they are there to share your experiences, when our friends on campus are pushed to an edge, some people including student council prefers doing fake expression of sympathy on Instagram and mail, administration even doesn't care. The change is gradual process and it requires continuous action, trying to understand the situation and explain it to others.

why don’t we have a hiking club like other iits, even though we’re in such a great geographical location??

why does the campus get so lonely at times? It's almost like a perpetual feeling at this point. It's good to acknowledge and appreciate the scenic beauty of the campus but what about connections? How do introverts make friends here? How to socialize? It is difficult to just go up and talk to people. There are times when I tried to form connections and bonds but it either ended in no communication or it just faded abruptly. How to actually get out of this?

I am from a different university and am willing to intern at iitg for the winter internship, please if anyone can help me out get one or direct me towards the reliable contacts it would be of great help
