as the title say, can private lead moderator see private banned words on twitch?

This is what twitch says, but due to the new "lead" mod I'm unsure if it blocks it so they can't see it too

edit: Another question, is it frustrating for other (small or big) )Vtubers? You guys spend so much money and timme on models but have to censor yourself when people like shylily gets away with stuff like this?
