I am a drummer for about 9 years now. I did not practice it a lot in my first 4 years so lets call it 5 years. And I always had one problem. When I practice for one day it feels like butter, but when I sit behind the Kit the next day, it feels like i have not practiced for an entire week. My doubles are always out of time and even after 2 hours it just does not feel right. Is that normal or ist this just a normal occurance?
