The room is 120 sqft and includes a private bathroom and built in closet unit. Rent is $1,517 plus utilities and internet. Security deposit is $833.
A little about the area!
We are walking distance to some of our favorite valley gems and a 3 min drive away to all the coolest spots on Ventura Blvd. Some of our favorites include Aroma Coffee & Tea, Vitellos (great secret speakeasy underneath) and Laurel Tavern. There are also a bunch of cute locally owned boutique’s, if you’re into that sort of thing. Safe family/friendly neighborhood vibes.
A little about us!
We're two chill, conscientious filmmaking dudes. When we’re not working, we enjoy board games, video games, and outdoor activities (tennis, spikeball, hiking, etc.). A majority of the time we work out of our living room, ideating, writing, taking calls.
Our ideal roommate will work away from home but we are open to someone with a work at home job, so long as they’re comfortable with us occupying the living room Monday-Friday.
