Love Bracelet Screws

I’m so excited and just purchased a Love bracelet from my local Cartier boutique (!), but I noticed that the functional screws don’t align with the engraved ones. Is this normal? (See attached pic.)

I’m going to get a Love bracelet next week (either the 14th or 15th), and I want to make sure I get it before the price increase. Can I put a deposit to make sure, or is the price increase happening after that? Thanks in advance!!
