Hello, I am in Germany and blocked from viewing these two records. Could someone with access (e.g., in the US or Brazil) please provide screenshots?

1. Marriage: 31 Oct 1914 – Adolf (or Adolpho) Carl Ratte & Emma Helene Hedwig Höwing (DGS 4840428) - District Sé.
   Note: This is a consulate transcription in *Livro E*. It is entry No. 2 (the book was closed in 1915 and contains only two entries).

2. Birth: 06 Aug 1916 – Adolf (or Adolpho) Ratte (DGS 4840398, Termo 449) - District Vitória.

I have the DGS numbers, but I am getting a "restricted" error. I am looking for the Brazilian entries to see if there is more information than in my German records.
