First time using accessibility services!

Hello lovely people of Reddit! Came to DL last year and had a blast, this will be my first time using accessibility services as I can no longer “power though” my health issues :( I applied and have been granted:
- Essential companion ticket
- Accessible toilets
- Accessible lanes and entrances
- Accessible parking (assuming this is west car park?)

There will be myself, my essential companion (boyfriend) and my best friend, we are all travelling in one car together and camping in general together! I guess I’m wanting to know if A) assuming as we are all travelling together my friend can join us in the queue? B) I’ll just need to visit box office when we get inside for wristbands etc and not before joining the queue (couldn’t remember seeing anything of the sort outside last year but we did park in east car park) C) there’s nothing else I really need to do now I’ve been approved other than wait for the guide pack?

Not as important but what are people’s experiences who have a JCW wristband, have people been shitty about it that have been queuing or is there separate access toilets in the arena and village?

Any advice/ wisdom of experience is much appreciated!
