Hi! So I got these Lazy Oaf x Dr Marten shoes on Vinted (new with tags) and they are destroying my heels. Like, not even giving blisters a chance to form because it’s rubbing the skin completely raw levels of destroying.

I’ve tried double socking and I’ve added plasters to the inside of the shoes and then adding plasters to my heel but that doesn’t feel sustainable. The only other docs I have are the Pascal boots which are obviously very soft and lovely so I don’t have any experience/knowledge of how to break docs in!

Short of taking a hammer to the heels, I got nothing so if anyone has any tips or tricks, my heels and I beg you to share them
