Hey guys, I know this question is asked a lot and I have looked through other posts but I wanted to double check that what I’m going to do is good.
I planned to warm up the leather a little then apply some dubbin wax, let it sit for about 20 mins and then wipe off, and repeat maybe once a month?
I will be wearing these a lot since I basically have no other shoes, so any tips would be appreciated!

This was taken in Apr ‘24 by me at the Dublin location. Longest boots I’ve ever seen.

Hi first time posting here, I like docs and I thrifted this pair recently. They were really cheap but I think that’s because of the slight smoke smell. If anybody has tips on how to clean it properly that would be amazing :3

I‘m obviously aware that leather creases and that they will do it unevenly, but after a couple minutes of walking in them the right one has these big-ish wrinkles, while the left one still looks completely new. Is this normal?

(I don‘t mind creases, I just don‘t want there to be something wrong with the right shoe).

A way to make these work… is to fold them at the back and use the laces to keep it together

I recommend tying the outter thigh laces first … followed by the main frontal one

As well as tucking the laces onto the already tied laces + create knots to keep em in place

Just make sure to keep the lacing/knots above and below the knee for mobility

I have my first shift at a job that requires me to be on my feet for 8 hours soon … I just so happened to have gotten these babies TODAY! (Tuesday,) they already seem decently comfy minus the problem of ow ow ouch my heel! I’ve been wearing them around the house for a few hours and while I have not gotten a blister yet, I fear it is imminent if I wear these for a long time.

These are my first pairs of docs EVER… and tips?

The tag seems to say IR05A but I can’t find anything about it. The style looks like the old 1420s to me but doesn’t have that listed inside so I was confused. Wondered if anyone had heard of this style number before. Thanks!

It seems in the last week or so, Ross has gotten a lot of new Doc's in. Here's the different one I saw today. I wanted a pair of the studded ones in the first pic but they didn't have my size. My wallet rejoiced at that.

These were gifted about 8 months ago and have barely worn them. It’s the first pair of shoes that I’ve had that aren’t black or white so I don’t really know how to style them. My wardrobe is full of cool and neutral tones as well so the warmth(?) is also a challenge ;-;

If it helps, I prefer wearing pants/more masc style but I’m open to anything!
