Hello! We bought a Family Mart umbrella in Japan (the clear vinyl one that doesn’t collapse into a smaller size) and really want to take it home with us, but it is too long to fit in our luggage, or our friends’ bigger luggage. Can we just carry it on our person on an Air Canada flight back home along with our carry-ons and personal items, or will they dispose of it? In that case we would prefer to leave it with the hotel for others to use. Thank you for any help!!
