I am looking for recitals (of any Raga) with a very crisp, clear and pronounced tabla. I am thinking of something like Ustad Amir Khan's famous performance of Malkauns.
Reason I am asking for this is that I got a new stereo system and wanted to see what its bass can do. And because I just love a nice and crispy tabla in the background.
Basically we have signed the contract with the agency, paid the deposit, now waiting for the rogito which will be in 6 weeks.
All the paperwork (catastali etc) seems fine, and we even had a geometra look at the apartment. (Of course, we also had a look, but only once.)
Anyway, it all seems good. But there's a thing that worries us a bit: the mortgage and ipoteca that is still on the apartment.
Now, the real estate agency says not to worry and that this will be cancelled by the notaio at the moment of the rogito. Is that so?
What should we do in order to be 100% sure that there will be no surprises?
The apartment is 60k and the mortgage that is still on it is around 20k I believe. The apartment is in a town in Lazio.
