I also came across Poke Assistant using Apple Messages in a pretty polished way, which is what got me looking into it.

Has anyone here used it before?

How difficult was the setup and approval process? Did customers actually use it? Did it improve sales or conversion at all?

Curious if anyone else has looked into it too.
