Hello everyone, not sure if it’s the right place to ask, but I will start doing a Vietnam era US army or USMC (around 1968 and later) loadout depending on how hard it is to find some pieces.

I tried doing some research but I’m confused about some things, I already found a original M56 webbing with 3 ammo pouches, 1 canteen (will add another) and there is the m61 buttpack, as i understood, is to get rid off, for that period of time.
The rucksacks are kind of really hard to get, so as for what to use in that case

Now my question is, what would I need for a pure combat loadout, I’m not searching to get a full loadout, as I intend to use it for airsoft mainly, but I like to be accurate as much as I can, so what would I need mainly for a “combat moment” I would say.

If any of you specialised enough into that, I’m located in France so some pieces will be hard and expensive to get (as always with American stuff) I’m planning to get the 3rd pattern and some other stuff from MooreMilitaria as apparently they’re making good stuff
