Do you guys like my pink couch?

Hello everyone,

As an owner of a Specna Prime airsoft gun, I'm limited in my local games to either 1 joule or 1.2 joules.

I know that the combination of the high-end gearbox and the brushless motor makes the Prime models competition-grade replicas, but I understand that this can be a disadvantage when their power needs to be reduced.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to play in either M90 or M100 mode. The M100 produces 1.2J, I imagine the M90 ​​will go down to 1J, BUT I don't want to risk damaging the replica in any way because of these regulations...

So I looked at the springs and noticed that Specna offers several sizes for the same part number:

With two different sizes. I'd like to know why this difference and which of the two would be the most suitable, and why. Does anyone have any explanations? I can't find anything on YouTube or here, unfortunately.

Regarding the M90, there are also two versions, like the M100:

Again, there's a difference in size and price!

Would this size difference allow me to use it without risking damage to the replica, while still maintaining the responsiveness of an 11.1v LiPo battery?

Just a little experiment with visuals

Hi, I just got a VSS Vintorez (King Arms) for a Stalker cosplay I’m making. I did some research on how to achieve the “plum” Bakelite look that old soviet resin/polymer magazines had and I did a test on the magazine. It came out more bronze, although I don’t hate it. Wondering if any of you have experience with this? If so, what you did to achieve the look? Thanks!

The gas mask filter does not contain asbestos and I have taken the lenses out and put on some actual airsoft googles under the mask

Long story short I snagged a (I believe) DE Noveske N4 GBBR off of airsoftmarket last year intent to use for familiarity training new shooters and trash blasting but...the new shooters soon become shooters with their own guns and the trash isnt getting blasted because I hate loading this thing. I have no interest in milsim events as im usually shooting real steel matches but I do still want a trash blaster because ripping off a string of BBs is fun and a little fun goes a long way in my world. I could just dump it on marketplace, BUT and this is where I am looking to y'all, I dont know a thing about GBBRs or hop-ups or how this thing should even run so I want it inspected by someone more knowledgeable than me. I do not want to say something like "built by u/rawrcakes (reportedly was) and has blah blah blah done" because I dont know these GBBRs well enough to make those statements with conviction and I dont wanna misrepresent the gun. I am just south of Houston and see their is an evike field/shop across town, does this place have a service shop that I could visit to give the gun a once over or are their airsoft service shops even a thing near me? I tore this gun down (it was painted Rapco FDB when I received it) to strip the paint and give it a general clean/lube and it all seems simple but I dont know what im looking at. Gun runs fine (I think) but the bb will sometimes fall out if I store the gun muzzle down, believe thats a hopup issue but I dunno will look. Anyway, after I get this thing a doctor's note ill be looking for an AEG and I just want easy to load and shoot (full auto required), form isnt too important as I wont field it. I dont have a budget because I know AEGs even less than I know GBBRs but does $250 get me a good backyard ripper you field guys wouldn't throw in the trash? M4 or subgun or krink type is fine any i should start reading about? Sorry for the word vomit but I want this gun to go to someone with confidence reolacing it is a secondsry concern. Thanks in advance for any info you have I dont even know how to price this thing at the moment (the TRS stays with me ive had it foreverrrrrr is nostalgic now) but im willing to learn.

I attended the Evike anniversary party this past Sunday. They had a tent outside selling replicas that were broken, old, missing parts ETC. I only went to potentially win a free replica from the raffle, didn’t plan on buying anything, but right before I was about to leave I spotted this Specna Arms edge gen2 m16a4 that was behind the tent half opened like someone was thinking about getting it. I took it to the employee and asked the price since there was no tag like the other ones had. He said he had no idea where it came from and didn’t know the price so he let me buy it for $100. It works perfectly and so does the HAL2 ETU. An absolute come up for me for only $100 especially since I’m “newer” to airsoft and only owned a couple of replicas. Guess it’s time for GWOT kit
