Protest - Rant
Hi all. Anyone experienced shitty customer service? No one is answering their telephone lines. No reply from customer service. AI whatsapp agent can never help you.
So what if we just all commented on their instagram about their very bad customer service? They are putting the money all in advertising and theyre forgetting that customer service is as much as important.
Shame that their shoes look nice and they fit me well.
EDIT: I was able to escalate it to talk an actual specialist person via email. And the documentation has been provided. 6 calls in with 5 mins each being held in line. And 3 emails to customerservices@vivobarefoot.com. What helped was to say that you are not satisfied with the AI whatsapp chat, so they would direct you to an actual person.
So I’m appeased and yeah would still definitely order 🤣. Thank you for reading my rant. Have a good weekend!
