I don't ever see this guy get talked about, 1 xbow basically any level preferably above level 1 but since it attacks so fast you can beat basically any Ruler and Comp, unless they destroy your x-bow.

Is this he good in higher play? Or is he just not preferable over others like Spirit Empress and Elixir Loong.
