Has anyone else had a really frustrating experience with Ozlo support?

I’m honestly completely fed up. I keep getting the same response over and over: more troubleshooting steps. Reset this, re-pair that, try this again… but nothing actually gets resolved.

My issue is a connection problem with my Ozlo Sleepbuds: the moment the case is more than a few centimeters away from my iPhone, the connection drops immediately and the Sleepbuds stop working. That makes them unusable.

At one point, someone from support suggested an exchange/replacement, which gave me hope. But then another support person stepped in and told me to do even more troubleshooting instead. Since then, I have no idea whether they are actually being replaced or not. I don’t even dare send them back, because I’m afraid I’ll end up with nothing at all.

I’ve now been dealing with this for weeks, without properly working Sleepbuds, and I find the whole situation incredibly frustrating. It feels like nothing is actually being picked up or resolved, just endless back-and-forth.

At this point I’m really disappointed and honestly just tired of it. Has anyone else had this kind of confusing support experience with Ozlo, or managed to get clarity on a replacement?
