Is it just me or is the application payment on MoveIn not working?? I'm Non-EU, and the payment just won't go through?? What do I do? Help pls.

I'm a Non-EU student trynna get into the Sustainable Building Engineering bachelors. GPA 3.75/4, SAT 1340 and IELTS 8. Yall think I got a chance? Ik that this major isn't as competitive as the others so I'm hoping I do, yk?
