If your Roblox account got hacked and someone linked their own authenticator / 2FA to your account, this guide can help you recover it quickly.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

If your Roblox account is linked to your email address, recovery can take only a few minutes.

If you no longer have access to the email or no email was linked, you will most likely need purchase receipts, billing information, old passwords, etc., and recovery may take around 24–48 hours.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

1. Go to Roblox Support

Support link:

2. Fill the form

Enter:

Your birth date

Your Roblox username

Your email address

(You usually do NOT need to enter anything else.)

3. Select the issue

Choose:

Device: any device

Help category: “Hacked Account”

4. Write this message

Hello,

I am contacting you because I lost access to my two-factor authentication (2FA) due to my account being hacked.

The issue happened while I was trying to verify my account using another service/link. A hacker managed to link their authentication app to my account, which prevented me from accessing my 2FA.

I can provide multiple proofs that I am the legitimate owner of the account, including:

old purchase receipts and invoices,

previous passwords used on the account,

proof of purchases made through my bank account.

I would appreciate your help in recovering full access to my account and removing the authenticator linked by the hacker.

Instead, say something generic like:

“another service”

“another verification link”

“another issue”

5. Wait for Roblox Support Bot

A chatbot/email response will arrive.

It will usually ask:

if you want to continue the process

if the username is correct

Just reply:

“Yes”

“Yes”

6. Verify your email

Roblox will send a verification code to your linked email.

After verification, Roblox can:

remove all linked authenticators,

unlink 2FA,

remove connected verification methods,

restore account access.

Extra Tips

Do NOT create multiple tickets.

Reply from the ORIGINAL email linked to the account.

Keep screenshots of receipts/subscriptions if needed.

If you bought Robux before, billing receipts help A LOT.
