I mostly watch sports card streams and some Disney related card streams. I'm curious why some sellers are able to command such a high price for the same items that go for cheaper on smaller streams?

Is it because most people do not care about getting a good deal? I see people over bidding on singles and break spots all the time. I'm more of a value guy myself but I'll def watch someone I like even if I'm not buying anything.

Personally I prefer when I can see the host. I feel like it builds more trust. But then I see a lot of popular streamers who just show the product only and just yell about what they're selling. I can understand it's a double edged sword, since if viewers don't like how a certain person looks or their body language then it can hurt instead of help.

I'm curious what the community's take is on this? I find the social and behavioral pattern of viewers extremely interesting. What makes you all like one host over another?
