Ford's FoI suppression, Water Privatization, and Mark Carney's AI Data Centre push.

Can I have some people smarter than me tell me if they see a link between these things or if I'm tinfoil hatting here?
I know Mark Carney was a Conservative before going to the Liberal Party. I know he is friends with Doug Ford.
Wouldn't Doug Fords Water Privatization lead to corporatization who would be more incentivized to sell to these Mark Carney's data centres and push the increased water costs to consumers just to offset these new AI data centres? FoI just makes it harder to see these changes coming to Ontario.
Right now I can only see that 8 of the 44 AI projects are in B.C. but the Global Action Progress summit was held in Toronto where Mark Carney announced this. Since we're attached to the great lakes I don't think these projects are staying in B.C.
