What is your least favorite orthopedic implant and why is it the knotless iconix?
My failure rate on these things is ridiculous. I really hate having to put more anchors in than needed because the sutures won't pass.

I know we don't like to talk a ton about money here, but does anyone have a good reference daily rate for a rural level 3 trauma center general ortho locums call? We are talking extremely rural - middle of nowhere.
I needed to be able to turn on and off about two dozen outlets/lights at the same time. I wanted reliability and didn't want to deal with Wi-Fi or apps etc. I built custom enclosures with power supplies, esp32, and relays with appropriate wiring. I used ESP-NOW and had each controller repeat the initial activation signal for maximum range.
Essentially 120v coming in and spliced to power supply and relay then I have NO/NC outputs so I can either turn something on, turn something off, or both.
It has worked amazing so far. About as easy and reliable as it gets.
I need to do it again - but it took forever the first time. I would like to find an easier solution. I know there are a ton of ESP compatible outlets on the market but it seems like most are ESP8266 and used for ESP HOME.
Would love to be able to find a true ESP32 smart outlet that I can tear apart and not just flash firmware, but flash entirely custom code so I don't have to continue assembling custom enclosures with power supplies etc.
Does that exist? Or does anyone have any ideas on a better way to turn on and off 40 outlets at the same time locally?
I'm obviously biased, but I have a very talented daughter who has an incredible voice. Good enough that she was cast as Charlie in Charlie and the Chocolate factory despite the gender difference.
Her first performance was.... not great. Honestly, it's the worst singing I've heard from her. I thought maybe she didn't feel well. But after asking her about it she says she sings that way because that's how a young boy would sing. She's intentionally using a character voice - very nasal, straight tone with no vibrato and limited dynamics and its leading to pitch issues.
As a teenager she won't listen to anything I say so I'm hoping some theater actors can chime in here and either say that either I'm wrong, or that it is okay to still sing well when playing different characters - or anything else that might be helpful. I thought I was a musician once, but that was a long time ago, so I appreciate any advice.
