It is brand new. I just assembled it. I have an electric masterbuilt smoker, the only smoker I've ever used. I usually just smoke salmon but have been interested in trying other things. I dont know anything about charcoal smokers so is this worth keeping?

Pop them or spray them or something else?? There's a bunch. Western Washington state.
