Need advice with some brainstorming.
So, I'm an OG Hobo, 44 tomorrow and almost 23 years unhoused, 8 of them in vehicles. I've lived in an '89 E350, '00 Blazer, '01 Chrysler Town and Country, '02, '04, '07, and now a '10 Odyssey.
I've been doing well until this recent van purchase. For some reason a sensor is malfunctioning and the vehicle wants to turn the lights on and.off very dimly just non stop. It's causing a parasitic drain and it's killed two 63Ah Odyssey AGM batteries. I know I have to find the sensor and clean or replace it, eventually.
However for now I want to hardware an mppt controller and solar panels to the battery of my 2010 Honda Odyssey EX-L Sport w/ NavRes-DVD with a kill switch between the solar panels and mppt controller and between the battery and the van. How would I go about that?
