2014 RS 67k miles

Sounds start when engine is revved to about 2k, stop when it drops below or goes above that.

Sorry to add to the litany of "what am wrong with car" posts but my little green guy started making this noise after some coolant lines were redone and I'm not sure how to remedy it. I'm thinking something is wrong with the turbo on this thing, but i got no clue. Poked around a bit earlier today to see if anything was loose and everything seems in order.
