Any other humans out there feel like for a week or two of the month they are just a completely different human? PMDD is a semi recent diagnosis in my life and I will admit that in the beginning I was skeptical but lately, it’s just all fitting to well. I often loath the luteal phase and typically feel completely different. Constant worry, picking fights, struggling to survive the days. This diagnosis has been a bit freeing for me but I am struggling to find ways to cope or ease my symptoms that I have with it.

PMDD has been very hard to manage. Thankful to know I am not alone and I would love to hear some things that may have worked for others. For context I am a 29 y/o non-binary (AFAB) and am searching for some reassurance and support. TIA ✨
