Disappointing PGT-A results

I (33F) received our PGT-A results today, and the results were disappointing. We had 6 embryos sent off for testing (five day 5s and one day 6), and today we learned that only one came back euploid. We utilized a sperm donor and used ICSI.

I knew the reality of all of them being euploid was low, but I didn’t expect only one. One came back aneuploid, two high mosaic, one low mosaic, and one chaotic. Our genetics counselor let us know the lab would pay to retest the chaotic embryo if we’d like, since he thinks it may have been an error from the original biopsy, so we’re deciding whether we want to thaw and rebiopsy that embryo now.

I know it only takes one, and our genetics counselor reminded us that the mosaic embryos still have the possibility of producing healthy babies. I’m still feeling a little sad, though. I’ve shed my tears and am trying to remain hopeful, but the results still sting a bit.
