Anyone know where to get custom sized prebuilt control panels?

The Golden Tee Cabinet I'm converting has a control panel that's 31 inches wide and 15 3/4 inches long with a 26 inch wide cutout at the 2 inches closest to the screen.

The person who converted this before me completely hacked up the original control panel, and since it originally had such weird button placement, the new holes were drilled between old holes. It's a mess.

It's a huge space and I want to set it up for 2 players with 3 buttons each and a track ball in between them, but I can't find a place that will cut it to that seemingly unique size online.

Suggestions for custom backlit signs for this space?

This cabinet had this space which is also backlit, which I want to replace with something custom. I am already getting a full size marquee for the space above, but I can't think of what to put here. The top one will be a Back to the Arcade in a BTTF style.

This cabinet is a 60 in 1 I'm fixing up and is going to end up being a present for my mom's birthday if that helps. She's a huge ms pac man fan, but the control panel and bezel will likely have stuff related to that.

I'm open to ideas.
