Just curious if genetically you can put a good amount of muscle and do a good cut is this physique attainable naturally?

I bought a new ignition switch from ebay which said it was compatible with 1991 Honda Acty ( HA3), it's my first time ever dealing with ignition switches but my ignition switch plugs in where the white circular part is at, and that's the only part it came with. so does it replace the mechanical and electrical part? cause it seems like that white cylinder part above to the right in picture 3 has the same plug in as the new ignition switch I bought.
