Employer had issues with payroll, so I was supposed to receive my paycheck today instead of last friday but still haven’t.

I bank with regions and I never recieved my paycheck Friday. I called up regions and they say direct deposits are processed around 4am so I knew it wasn’t their fault. I contact my boss and he said that there’s a problem and I should receive my paycheck today. I still haven’t. Now idk what to do. I have multiple payments pending. Do banks process direct deposits on a different time on Monday?
