Customer service is horrible!

After spending countless hours (6, not kidding!) trying to get my wife's card authorized, it still doesn't work. I've tried everything, including going through the concierge, emailing, and returned phone calls. I have explained my problem over and over and over again to so many customer service reps who keep asking the same questions, and I've still gotten no help! When my wife tries to get her card authorized through the app she gets a message that says "You are in!" or something to that effect. She then tries to click on "Done," but nothing happens. We received a new card, and it's the same problem. She has also tried through the website over and over again! Why isn't there someone who can really help us??? I'm tired of going around in circles. I'm thinking about signing up for CSR instead.
