Hi, the household I live in recently renegotiated the service to be 500Mbps symmetrical so we got a new modem, we used to have our own, and now the download speeds are horrendous. When I restart the modem they pop back up to around 200 or so for an hour or two and then slowly drop back down to 50 or so and then eventually to 20. Any ideas on if this is a modem or a line issue?
