Inheritance

Have inherited $400,000. Half is to go to between 3 children, handed over when they're 18. They're currently 9, 11 and 2. Currently have no debt and am not a home owner, in our 30s. Have combined kiwisavers of $150,000.

Am very financially illiterate and irresponsible.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Wanting to buy a house, but not loving what the repayments will be on a 4 bedroom place in Auckland.

edit: should add me and my partner earn about 100,000 a year each

Tank Scale help

I've thrown every sort of acid we have to try and get rid of it. Snaps easily in your fingers and shatters like glass when you throw it on the ground. Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated. It's a particularly old hot liquor tank if that helps

UB201. Worn since 2022? Lots of wears, lots of washes

Worn for work in a brewery. Alternate with another pair I wear. Machine wash them every 2 weeks on low spin. Avoids the dreaded vertical lines! One crotch blow out I repaired myself. Darned and then added a patch over top made from the offcuts the send after hemming
