  • Amenities include a gym, pool, study lounges, small cafe.
• 4 Bed / 4 Bathroom(Private Bathroom)
• $1025/month
• The apartment includes:
  • In-unit washer and dryer
  • Full Kitchen
  • Unfurnished bedroom (can negotiate current furnishings ie bedframe, desk, chair etc and provide pictures)
• Convenient location -
  • Bus stops in proximity (UCB and TCP) - 3-minute walk
  • Close Proximity to Kroger and USPS - 5-minute walk
  • Close Proximity to Campus - 20-minute walk
• Reason for Sublease:
  • Planned to attend graduate school at Virginia Tech, but found an opportunity elsewhere.
